A unique blend of psychotherapy and foresight coaching designed to help you manage and transform eco-anxiety.
A space to unpack world events, or personal challenges, that you need to talk about but don’t feel comfortable discussing with friends.
Mindset Coaching is typically a short-term process. During your consultation session, we’ll work together to determine the number of sessions that feels right for you and aligns with my recommendations. Most clients find that between 3 to 12 sessions is ideal.
Transforming Climate Anxiety is also a short-term, therapeutic coaching process. In your consultation session, we’ll explore your needs and decide what’s most appropriate for you. This work typically unfolds over 3 to 6 sessions.
One off Reflective Sessions - providing a structured place to talk through concerns and find new perspectives.
I offer a 20 minute free consultation for all of the above services.
Thereafter each session is £120. The first session will last for 90 minutes and consecutive sessions will last for 50 minutes.
I provide online session via Teams and WhatsApp.

Cancellations
To cancel a scheduled appointment without charge, the cancellation must be made by email, text or telephone at least 48 hours before the scheduled start.
