Real change needs both understanding and action. You need to grasp why you respond the way you do AND have practical skills to respond differently.
That’s why I blend therapy with coaching. We explore what’s driving your patterns - your experiences, how your nervous system works, the world around you - and build concrete tools to shift how you respond.
The result? More clarity, groundedness, and confidence, even when life feels uncertain.
Why Therapy and Coaching Together
You can’t think your way out of patterns wired into your nervous system. But you also can’t just “strategy” your way past beliefs and experiences that shaped how you see yourself.
You need both.
Therapy helps us understand the why — the experiences and beliefs that created your current responses. This isn’t about dwelling in the past; it’s about understanding the roots so we can shift what’s happening now.
Coaching gives us the how - evidence-based tools to regulate your nervous system, shift unhelpful patterns, and build new ways of responding that actually support who you are.
Together, they create change that’s both deep and sustainable.
To support this work, I offer the following services:

Understand the patterns shaping how you think, feel and respond, and develop practical ways to navigate change with greater clarity and intention.
A reflective space to explore your responses to climate change, future uncertainty and to reconnect with what is important to you.
A one-off confidential session offering space to pause, reflect and gain clarity about a particular challenge or decision.
REVIEWS
Mindset Coaching is typically a short-term process. During your consultation session, we’ll work together to determine the number of sessions that feels right for you and aligns with my recommendations. Most clients find that between 3 to 12 sessions is ideal.
Transforming Climate Anxiety is also a short-term, therapeutic coaching process. In your consultation session, we’ll explore your needs and decide what’s most appropriate for you. This work typically unfolds over 3 to 6 sessions.
One off Reflective Sessions - providing a structured place to talk through concerns and find new perspectives.
I offer a 20 minute free consultation for all of the above services.
Thereafter each session is £80. The first session will last for 90 minutes and consecutive sessions will last for 50 minutes.
I provide online session via Teams and WhatsApp.

Cancellations
To cancel a scheduled appointment without charge, the cancellation must be made by email, text or telephone at least 48 hours before the scheduled start.
