We get clear on what feels difficult, what you want to change, and which experiences have shaped your mindset.

This isn’t about dwelling on the past - it’s about understanding the roots so we can shift what’s happening now.

Building practical skills for real change

Once we have clarity on what’s getting in the way, we identify the tools and strategies that help you respond with intention rather than react automatically.

This might include supporting you to regulate your nervous system, shift unhelpful patterns and develop new ways of thinking that better fit your life.

Adapting as you evolve

As change isn’t linear, we check in regularly, adjust our approach, and deepen the work where it matters most - keeping the process responsive to what you need.

What Makes This Different

This isn’t open-ended therapy. It’s targeted, collaborative work with a clear direction.

  • Time-limited and focused - Most clients work with me for between six and twelve sessions, depending on what they’re working through.
  • Collaborative - I bring expertise and tools; you bring your experience and what feels true for you. If something we’re doing doesn’t feel useful, we adapt it.
  • Grounded in neuroscience - We use evidence-based approaches to understand how your brain and nervous system work - and how to work with them.
