My short-term therapeutic coaching is designed to help you move through climate and political anxiety - not by ignoring what’s difficult, but by developing a more grounded way of relating to it.
Together, we identify what feels most present for you and develop the understanding, perspective and tools to help you respond with greater clarity, resilience and intention.
