My approach
With 18 years of experience as a psychotherapist, I’ve developed a skill in quickly building a picture of what’s going on - the patterns, the triggers, the ways of thinking and responding that have brought someone to where they are and what can help them move forward.
I’ve also come to understand how the information we consume, the uncertainty we carry, and the pressure we’re under all register in our nervous system before we’ve even had a chance to think.
And how that nervous system response then shapes everything: our thinking, our decisions, our sense of what’s possible.
How I work
Drawing on this, I provide a combination of therapy and coaching to give you targeted, solution-focused support.
Therapy helps you understand the why - the experiences and patterns shaping your current responses.
Coaching gives you the how - practical, evidence-based tools to shift what isn’t working and build new ways of responding.
Together, they create change that’s both insightful and intentional - and equip you with the tools and understanding to manage your own wellbeing moving forward.

A single session to think through a problem, a decision, or a new idea.
REVIEWS
Mindset Coaching is typically a short-term process. During your consultation session, we’ll work together to determine the number of sessions that feels right for you. Most people find that between 6 - 12 sessions is ideal.
Transforming Climate Anxiety is also a short-term, therapeutic coaching process. In your consultation session, we’ll explore your needs and decide what’s most appropriate for you. This work typically unfolds over 3 to 6 sessions.
One off Reflective Sessions - providing a structured place to talk through concerns and find new perspectives.
I offer a 20 minute free consultation for all of the above services.
Thereafter each session is £100. The first session will last for 90 minutes and consecutive sessions will last for 50 minutes.
I provide online session via Teams or WhatsApp.

Cancellations
To cancel a scheduled appointment without charge, the cancellation must be made by email, text or telephone at least 48 hours before the scheduled start.
