At the same time, I use evidence-based approaches that will help you build insight, shift unhelpful patterns, and move towards more empowered, intentional ways of thinking and responding.
If needed, along the way I can share with you effective strategies to manage stress and anxiety. But most importantly, you’ll learn how to pause, reconnect with yourself, and make more conscious, considered responses to the people around you and the events in your life.
