Transforming Climate Anxiety

My short-term therapeutic coaching is designed to help you move through climate change anxiety. I support you to untangle the complex webs woven by living through these changing times and intense news headlines. We do this by identifying your concerns and equipping you with the knowledge, mindset, and tools to shape both your present and future, building resilience to the fears triggered by your environment.

Translate insights and visions into meaningful actions aligned with your values

I provide a space for reflection and possibility amidst the difficult headlines, where you can explore positive social shifts and meaningful actions that reflect your values. 

 

Together, we’ll face what’s deeply uncomfortable to sit with, explore emerging opportunities, and create a path towards a more grounded empowered version of yourself - who acts with clarity, direction and purpose without becoming overwhelmed by fear.
